Let me introduce myself

I am N.L.OLIN and I am

ILLUMINATING SOLAR ENERGY

I'm just A simple  guy who likes free energy.

I'm a working guy just like you, I may not do the same thing as you, Personally I paint  houses for a living and do some construction work and it seems like I end up doing a lot of roofing when I get hungry enough when there isn't a lot of Painting going on.

As for Solar' Well I don't know all the math involved when it comes to solar building. Seems we all start somewhere and I started probably just like you, Building small experimental project panels,Just to see if I was able to do it myself, For a few make do things to use experimenting I would find myself going to a dollar store buying 5 x 7 picture frame to make cell phone charger I could throw on my dash because I couldn't afford a car charger hey I had to start somewhere I started small lets face it you would think chargers was made of gold the price they charge for some of them,

So I made my own solar charger from broken cells average cell phone is only 3.5 volt, So considering most cell pieces put out .5 volts for each piece of broken cell I used, I made it simple and kept it simple, I used 6 pieces  2 x 1.1/2 made it  3 volts in a 5X7 picture frame not only did it charge my phone saved me a butt load of money and I assume that is why Your here, Lets Carry on then hopefully I can help you.

If You Are Looking To Build A Small Experimental Panel Or Have A Small Project Or A Medium Project Or Just A Project

But  need to find broken cells because they are cheaper to work with and looking for something  that could fit your budget Then lets hope you found the right place,

If your new to solar then perhaps you might want to practice a bit before jumping right in on a big panel Lets face it who wants to practice on new cells, Lets get the hang of it first then move up to the whole cells if you mess up on a 1/4 cell or 1/2 cell or even a 3/4 cell, face it that is why you want to start with something less expensive, Now soldering and tabbing isn't for everyone, but to see if your able to do it  would be nice if you didn't ruin a nice whole cell.

I would hate to say it's not hard to do then have you write me  being upset with me, I find it easy for some people and not so for others 

So research how to you can find plenty of information on how to on the internet and You-Tube is always a good place to start.

To answer your question Yes They are broken That is all I sale

So if you are looking for whole cells I will have to refer you to a friend G.D.K.very nice fellow

Some are 1/4 cells Some are half cells some are 3/4 cells, What does this mean in English basically if a solar cell at it's original size was 3x6 then approx a 1/4 of that world be 2x3 and a 1/2 cell would be 3x3 and 3/4 cell would be near 4x3 and yes broken does not mean they don't work They still produce electricity now a good guesstimate of a broken cell is if at whole it put out 3.6 amps then 1/4 cell would put out a 1/4 of what the whole sale put out and so on. So you see they are very usable for many projects,
